How quickly will we see anything?

Google Business Profile changes can move within two to three weeks. Organic rankings take three to six months. AI visibility follows the local and review signals, so it moves closer to the former. Anyone promising faster is guessing.

Is the AI part real, or a buzzword?

Honestly, both. Nobody can guarantee placement in an AI answer — there’s no ranking panel to log into. What can be done is make your firm easy to identify and easy to quote: consistent details across the registers those systems read, a well-formed Google profile, real reviews, and content that answers the question in a liftable way. Anyone selling guaranteed AI rankings is selling something that doesn’t exist.
